Students are encouraged to wear long pants and to have their own helmet fitted to them that is ASTM certified for horseback riding, however we do have helmets that can be borrowed until the student gets their own. Close-toed shoes are required. Available lesson times vary, inquire for current available lesson times.
Prices are per student, paid monthly.
Lesson includes tacking and untacking within the 60-minutes. Once the student is able to safely and proficiently tack and untack on their own, the student will then have the opportunity to get their horse ready before the lesson and care for the horse after the lesson, and ride for the hour as long as they are on time.
Lesson includes 30 minutes of riding. Students who have not learned how to tack or untack will have the horse tacked for them. Students who can safely and proficiently tack on their own can arrive up to 30 minutes early to get their horse ready for the half hour as long as they are on time.
Shared lesson of 2 or more students. Beginners may share their lesson with another student of similar experience level, and the lesson will include tacking and untacking within the 60-minutes. Students who are able to safely and proficiently tack and untack on their own can come up to 30 minutes early to get their horses ready for the hour as long as they are on time.
Shared lesson of 2 or more students. Beginners may share their lesson with only ONE other student of similar experience level, the horse will be ready, and each student will have 15 minutes of riding time. Students who are able to safely and proficiently tack and untack on their own can come up to 30 minutes early to get their horses ready and ride for the half hour as long as they are on time.

-You are paying for a SPOT in our program, this spot is reserved for you and can only be filled if you leave. Please respect our time and plan to come to all scheduled lesson times.
-Cancellations and no-shows will be charged in FULL.
-Make up lessons for unexpected SICKNESS and injuries will be allowed.
(if this date falls ON a holiday, the Thursday prior will be the make up day)
-If traveling, you must still pay to reserve your spot. Traveling is eligible for 2 unmounted make up lessons per year, after 2 will no longer be eligible for a make up. If you do not pay, you forfeit your spot to someone on the waitlist.
-If Amanda needs to cancel on YOU for any reason, you will be asked to not pay for that day and/or will be refunded.
